Service Terms

1. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

Cricket Sound Media provides mobile application development and distribution services, including but not limited to:

• iOS and Android application development
• App store optimization and distribution
• User experience design and implementation
• Technical support and maintenance
• Analytics and performance monitoring

2. SERVICE DELIVERY

Services will be delivered according to the agreed timeline and specifications. Any modifications to the scope of work must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.

3. PAYMENT TERMS

Payment terms will be as agreed upon in the individual service agreements. All payments are due within 30 days of invoice date unless otherwise specified.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All intellectual property rights in the developed applications and related materials will remain with Cricket Sound Media unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. CONFIDENTIALITY

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared during the course of the service provision.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Cricket Sound Media's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. TERMINATION

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding payments become immediately due.

8. GOVERNING LAW

These service terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of London.
